Zero-Cost, Passive Revenue
The bar pays $0 for the equipment, $0 for the inventory, and $0 for maintenance. The bar receives at least a 10% commission on gross sales for simply providing two square feet of wall space and a standard outlet.
We Hold the Legal "Shield"
Because VHVS, LLC is the state-registered owner of the machine and the product, we hold the Tobacco/Vapor Retailer License for that location.
We handle all the paperwork, annual $10 registration fees, and the complex Georgia excise tax filings ($0.05/mL or 7% wholesale). The bar gets the benefit of the sales without the administrative headache.

Our hardware uses Apt-Verify biometric scanning. It matches the face of the user to their ID in real-time with 3D liveness detection.
